This two-day private journey balances Lijiang's historic towns with the open landscapes beneath Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We explore Baisha, Shuhe and Lijiang Old Town at a conversational pace, then devote the second day to the mountain area and Yuhu Village, home to stone houses, Naxi culture and the story of explorer Joseph Rock.

Day 1 · Ancient towns

Baisha, Shuhe and Lijiang Old Town

Morning pickup from your Lijiang accommodation
Baisha Ancient Town and its quieter historic lanes
Shuhe Ancient Town, followed by time for lunch
Lijiang Old Town, with optional time at Mu Mansion or Lion Hill
Return to your accommodation in the late afternoon

Day 2 · Mountain & village

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Yuhu Village

Early departure for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
Cable car to Yak Meadow or Spruce Meadow, depending on conditions and availability
Lunch near the scenic area
Yuhu Village and the former home of Joseph Rock
Return to Lijiang in the late afternoon
